Our products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors can look a little different on different screens, and handmade or fabric items can vary slightly. Sizing follows our size guide — please measure before ordering. We may change our products, prices, or availability at any time.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, please make sure your details are accurate. Prices are shown in CAD, and any taxes or duties are shown at checkout where applicable. We may need to refuse or cancel an order — for example because of a stock issue, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If that happens, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Mistakes happen

Very occasionally a price or description on the site is wrong. If we discover a genuine error in something you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you so you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns are covered by our return & refund policy — both are published on this site and form part of these terms.

We always try to do right by you. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law guarantees you in your country.
