Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This page explains how we get your order to you. If anything here is unclear, just write to us at contact@meewow.ca . We're a small team and we're happy to help.

Processing time
We need 1–3 business days to prepare your order before it ships. During busy periods like launches or holidays, this can take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Shipping times and cost
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, whether you're in Canada or the US.

  • Orders over $150 ship free.
  • Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

Rates are shown in your local currency — CAD in Canada, USD in the US.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a day or two for the tracking page to start updating.

Changed your address?
If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email us at contact@meewow.ca as soon as you can. We'll do our best to catch the package before it leaves once it has shipped, we sadly can't redirect it.

Delays and lost packages
Carriers occasionally run late, and we're sorry when that happens. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
