Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work — and if you’re ever unsure, just email us at contact@meewow.ca and we’ll sort it out together.

Our return window

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@meewow.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. If anything arrives damaged, a quick photo helps a lot.

  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with simple return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of our reply, and keep the tracking number until your refund arrives.

Who pays for return shipping?

If we made the mistake — a damaged, faulty, or wrong item — return shipping is on us, always. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you / a $9.99 label fee is deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks sometimes need another 3–5 business days to show the money in your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Damaged or wrong items

We’re really sorry if this happens. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

Items we can’t take back

Final-sale items and gift cards can’t be returned or exchanged.
